Trained specialists and a state-of-the-art machine park guarantee safety, speed, and absolute flexibility:

• Laser technology / punching (TRUMPF):
  Fully automatic punch-laser combination machine for laser cutting / punching / bending / threading / embossing your sheet metal components.
• Bending (DARLEY, TRUMPF):
  Components are bent on four press brakes according to your specifications.
• CNC wire bender (WAFIOS):
  A variety of wire diameters can be processed.
• Grid welding system (SCHLATTER)
  for the production of grid mats in various wire diameters and mesh sizes.
• Robot welding (CLOOS):
  High quantities with complex welding processes are handled by the welding robot (pipe, wire, sheet metal components).
• Manual welding:
  MIG-MAG, WIG and MAG soldering are available as welding processes for pipe, wire, and sheet metal components.

Our expertise in powder coating

We coat your components with high quality in more than 200 shades.Of course, we can create sample coatings for you in advance upon request.

The process

• Pre-treatment in the phosphating/degreasing facility
• Drying in the adhesion water chamber dryer
• Powdering in 3 available powder booths
• Curing the powder at temperatures up to 200°C in the curing oven

Testing and packaging

A team of well-trained employees checks the customer’s product for any problem areas before coating, carefully covers internal and external threads, drill holes, and other areas not to be coated, and packs the finished parts in such a way that the coated parts do not get damaged during transport.
